Working here has significantly broadened my knowledge of engineering fields and applied statistics by working with clients in very different areas. I like that our main goal is solving the challenging problems using sound scientific thinking and the simplest tools, instead of focusing on the hyped technology of the day. I have also been very impressed by the company culture, particularly regarding the way we work together as a global team.

We have limited opportunities for internships and work experience due to the client-based and confidential nature of our work.
The process is tailored to different vacancies, but in general these are the steps we follow.
1. Application. The recruitment team reviews applications against current requirements. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know how your application is progressing.
2. First interview. The first step is an online video call to find out more about you, tell you more about the company and see if we have enough in common to progress to the next stage.
3. Second Interview. If selected, you will be invited to visit one of our offices for a half to full day, depending on the role. You will meet a range of staff and complete relevant activities to allow us the opportunity to find out more about you, and to give you a feel for what it is like to work here.
4. Offer. Each If the second interview goes well, we would aim to make a job offer within 1-2 weeks.
